Pemeriksaan darah rutin kadang-kadang ditemukan lekositosis. Diagnosis Klinis Pioderma a. Folikulitis b. Furunkel c. Furunkulosis d. Karbunkel e. Impetigo bulosa dan krustosa f. Ektima g. Ulkus h. Erisipelas Komplikasi Pioderma Erisipelas adalah peradangan epidermis dan dermis yang ditandai dengan infiltrat eritema, edema, berbatas tegas, dan disertai dengan rasa panas dan nyeri. Onset penyakit ini sering didahului dengan gejala prodromal berupa menggigil, panas tinggi, sakit kepala, mual muntah, dan nyeri sendi. Pada pemeriksaan darah rutin dapat dijumpai lekositosis atau lebih. Selulitis adalah peradangan supuratif yang menyerang subkutis, ditandai dengan peradangan lokal, infiltrate eritema berbatas tidak tegas, disertai dengan rasa nyeri tekan dan gejala prodromal tersebut di atas. Farmakoterapi dilakukan dengan Topikal Bila banyak pus/krusta, dilakukan kompres terbuka dengan Kalium permangat PK 1/ dan 1/ Bila tidak tertutup pus atau krusta, diberikan salep atau krim asam fusidat 2% atau mupirosin 2%, dioleskan 2-3 kali sehari selama 7-10 hari. Antibiotik oral dapat diberikan dari salah satu golongan di bawah ini Penisilin Yang resisten terhadap penisilinase, seperti oksasilin, kloksasilin, dikloksasilin dan flukloksasilin. Dosis dewasa 4 x 250-500 mg/hari, selama 5-7 hari, selama 57 hari. Dosis anak 50 mg/kgBB/hari terbagi dalam 4 dosis, selama 57 hari. Amoksisilin dengan asam klavulanat. Dosis dewasa 3 x 250-500 mg Dosis anak 25 mg/kgBB/hari terbagi dalam 3 dosis, selama 57 hari Sefalosporin dengan dosis 10-25 mg/kgBB/hari terbagi dalam 3 dosis, selama 5-7 hari Eritromisin dosis dewasa 4 x 250-500 mg/hari, anak 20-50 mg/kgBB/hari terbagi 4 dosis, selama 5-7 hari. Penularan melalui kontak langsung dengan agen penyebab. Sumber penularan dapat berasal dari manusia jamur antropofilik, binatang jamur zoofilik atau dari tanah jamur geofilik. Klasifikasi Dermatofitosis Klasifikasi dermatofitosis yang praktis adalah berdasarkan lokasi, yaitu antara lain Tinea kapitis, dermatofitosis pada kulit dan rambut kepala Tinea barbe, dermatofitosis pada dagu dan jenggot Tinea kruris, pada daerah genitokrural, sekitar anus, bokong, dan perut bagian bawah. Tinea pedis et manum, pada kaki dan tangan Tinea unguium, pada kuku jari tangan dan kaki Tinea korporis, pada bagian lain yang tidak termasuk bentuk 5 tinea di atas. Hygiene diri harus terjaga, dan pemakaian handuk/pakaian secara bersamaan harus dihindari. b. Untuk lesi terbatas, diberikan pengobatan topikal, yaitu dengan c. Antifungal topikal seperti krim klotrimazol, mikonazol, atau terbinafin, yang diberikan hingga lesi hilang dan dilanjutkan 1-2 minggu kemudian untuk mencegah rekurensi. d. Untuk penyakit yang tersebar luas atau resisten terhadap terapi topikal, dilakukan pengobatan sistemik dengan Griseofulvin dapat diberikan dengan dosis 0,5-1 g untuk orang dewasa dan 0,25 – 0,5 g untuk anak-anak sehari atau 10-25 mg/kgBB/hari, terbagi dalam 2 dosis. Golongan azol, seperti Ketokonazol 200 mg/hari, Itrakonazol 100 mg/hari, atau Terbinafin 250 mg/hari Pengobatan diberikan selama 10-14 hari pada pagi hari setelah makan. Konseling dan Edukasi Pasien penyakit jamur kulit diedukasi mengenai penyebab dan cara penularan penyakit. Edukasi pasien dan keluarga juga untuk menjaga hygienetubuh, namun penyakit ini bukan merupakan penyakit yang berbahaya. Prognosis Pasien dengan imunokompeten, prognosis umumnya bonam, sedangkan pasien dengan imunokompromais, quo ad sanationamnya menjadi dubia ad bonam.
